Item ad idem. Fuerunt duo amici fidelissimi quorum unus vocabatur Damianus, alter Physiacus. Cum autem tyrannus vellet unum occidere, obtinuit ut posito uno in carcere pro loco suo posset ire ad domum suam propriam, et ordinare de familia et uxore; et nisi veniret statuto tempore et hora, Damianus amicus ejus, qui in carcere remanebat, interficeretur pro eo. Appropinquante vero die et reversionis termino , Physiacus non comparuit a tyranno Damianus molestabatur; qui respondit se non diffidere sed summam habere confidentiam de socio, qui hora statuta subito sibi comparuit requirens amici ereptionem et sue sentencie executionem. Cui parcens imperator propter fidelitatem ejus etiam eorum societati petiit applicari.
