LE PAON. 1/ Le paon crie pendant la nuit parce qu’il ne voit pas: il craint d’avoir perdu sa beauté. 2/ Nous devons comme lui avoir grand peur, chaque fois que nous sommes dans le péché, d’avoir perdu par nos péchés la beauté pour laquelle nous avons été créés. 3/ Quand le paon voit ses pieds, il abat sa roue. De même nous devons renoncer à tout orgueil en reconnaissant nos fragilités.
