Quarto debet esse munerum refutator.
Unde legitur quod quidam balivus fecit nupcias filio suo. Qui autem habebant apud eum negocia miserunt ei donaria, et unus misit sibi bovem pulcrum; cujus uxori misit adversarius vaccam pinguem. Cum igitur causa amborum ageretur in judicio, ille qui miserat bovem videns quod pro eo nullum faceret , verbum ait:” O Domine Deus bos meus quando loquetur !" respondit adversarius: "Bos tuus non potest loqui quia vacca mea ejus gulam stringit. "

- #2998 : Lawyer given bull and cow. A lawyer was given a bull by one litigant and his wife, a cow by the other. He could not speak for the donor of the bull because the cow would not permit it.
