Decime debent solvi a nobis multiplici ratione. Primo propter fructuum multiplicationem. Refert Cesarius quod fuit quidam miles in Provincia, qui bajulum suum compellebat ad redditionem decimarum, sic dicens: "Nunquam in terris meis erit tempestas si bene solvis decimas; et ideo si in possessionibus meis cadit tempestas signum est quod male solvisti: de mercede tua restituas. ” Cum ergo optime bajulus compleret preceptum domini, aliis possessionibus vicinorum lesis, sua nunquam ledebatur.
