Refert Ovidius quod fuit quedam mulier Talenta nomine pulcerrima et cursu velocissima. Tandem adamata a duobus, ne pro ea inter se litigarent, ait: "Ego curram et ille qui me capiet me habeat. ” Tunc unus illorum sciens cupiditatem mulieris, fecit fieri tria poma aurea et projecit currenti unum, post ad que cursim capiendo poma capta est per eum.

Hec domicella est vita humana, duo volentes eam habere sunt Deus et dyabolus. Sed dyabolus projicit tria poma: delicias, divicias et honores in quibus capitur misera vita nostra.
