Secundo est Dei amoris ostensiva. Unde videtur quod quando vitulus debet mactari, ad pascua libere deducitur; sed quando debet servari, ad jugum deducitur. Loquendo spiritualiter, vitulus mactandus est peccator dampnandus a Deo, qui ad pascua deliciarum, honorum, diviciarum mittitur, impinguandus in signum reprobacionis eterne. Sed vitulus dilectus a Deo est cujus vitam servare intenditur, mittitur ad juga tribulationum, infirmitatum, dolorum et afflictionum. Unde apparet ejusdem differencia istorum, quia vitulus primus percutit cornu et abbhoret consortia. Sic peccatores reprobati a Deo opere et lingua omnes percutiunt, nec possunt pati justorum presentiam. Sed tribulati se exponunt omni culture celesti pro nobis et delectantur in consolacionibus sanctis.
