Quarto timenda est mors propter accusantium multitudinem.

Legitur in Vita beate Johannis Elemosinarii quod dum quidam amicus suus moreretur, vidit quandam multitudinem advocatorum venientium ad judicium. Cumque fuissent interrogati qui essent et quo irent, responderunt: "Hic est gula, luxuria, avaricia, ira, invidia, accidia, detractio, superbia que veniunt ad judicium ut arguant contra istum ut possumus eum damnare. ” Cumque vidisset bonos angelos in dextera ejus letatus est eo quod audivit: "In morte angeli, demones, peccata, consciencia accusant malum; sed justum si tria volunt damnare, angeli eum protegunt ex operibus justis.
