Unde refert Pater Alphonsus quod fuit quedam regina habens filiam turpissimam in cujus servicium attraxit nobiliores et potentissimos, qui omnes spe regine remunerationis ei diligentius servirent; ideo nimis decepti ne a servicio fugerent et incepta perficerent habuerunt et in manibus et in pedibus compedes. Quos ad vilissima cogebat servicia subtrahens eis alimenta; qui si vellent recedere spoliabantur et exequebantur de curia.

Hec regina est avaricia cujus filia est bursa cui homo servit letatur et gaudet, servitores sunt divites compediti solicitudinibus et timore, occupati in vilissimis humanis actibus et nocivis scilicet decipere, mentiri, predari, dicere falsum testimonium, homicidium facere, non comedens nisi cum timore et dolore, cujus oculi excecantur ne Deum agnoscant, sed in morte bonis operibus spoliantur.
